Who we are

This website is operated by SONBARO Ltd (“SONBARO”, “we”, “us”), a company registered in England and Wales under company number 17557534, with its registered office at 71–75 Shelton Street, Covent Garden, London, WC2H 9JQ. We are the controller of the personal information described in this policy.

Information we collect

When you send an enquiry through our contact form, we collect:

• your name, email address and company
• your job title and phone number, if you choose to provide them
• the nature of your enquiry and the message you send

Our hosting provider also processes technical information, such as IP addresses, to deliver the website securely and prevent abuse.

How we use it

We use enquiry information to respond to you and to discuss the services you have asked about. Our lawful basis is our legitimate interest in responding to business enquiries and, where you ask about working with us, taking steps at your request before entering into a contract. We do not sell your information or use it for automated decision-making.

Who we share it with

We use trusted service providers to operate this website:

• Website hosting: Vercel Inc.
• Email delivery for contact form enquiries: Resend
• Business email and document storage: Google Workspace

Some of these providers are based in, or use servers in, the United States. Where your information is transferred outside the UK, we rely on recognised safeguards, such as the UK Extension to the EU–US Data Privacy Framework or standard contractual clauses with the UK Addendum in the providers’ data processing terms.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiry information for up to 24 months after our last contact, unless we enter into a working relationship with you, in which case our client terms apply.

Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct or delete your personal information, to object to or restrict how we use it, and to data portability. To make a request, contact us at kiran@sonbaro.co.uk.

You also have the right to complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office (ICO), the UK’s data protection regulator, at ico.org.uk. We’d appreciate the chance to resolve your concern first, so please contact us.
